FRAGILE EGO

CRITICALINFRASTRUCTUREFRAGILE EGO

In the FINAL ANALYSIS , this is what i have found!!! Quite a few of us are saddled with a curse, called the “fragile EGO”! as aptly put by my friend Osahon.

Otherwise the most populous black nation on earth is more than physically and spiritually equipped to become a global economic superpower producing the infrastructure in the picture (below), indigenously.

This fragile Ego is the reason why we have little apprehension for the past and inability to visualise the future!!!

The fragile ego stunts emotional intelligence or emotional maturity. It is because of this ego, vehement partisan arguments very quickly escalate & reduces our tone of discourse to personal insults. This happens in an attempt to shamefully hurt the ego of a hurriedly perceived enemy all in a vain attempt to boost their own Ego, while making political points. Hence fault-lines for division are readily made that over time cause division and strife, which leads to disunity.

Otherwise there is no difference between the average Nigerian and the average other human being!!! Other peoples have this too, to some various degrees. For example the Indians have been known to throw punches in their paliament too. Their culture is similar to ours.

It is in our culture, and it protects itself from being exorcised from us, because it tells us that is who we are and that if it goes away, we become emasculated!!!!!! Which uncannily for most of us, is true!!! I have written severally and published as much in my Facebook Notes/Articles.

Our people have a parable!!!

OYINBO, NO GET TWO HEAD!!! Lets reflect!!!

ITS OUR TURN!!!

Samuel Oviawe
Samuel Oviawe U are right Greg. We need to quickly ‘come to ourselves’ and remove the Jacobian yoke from our necks. We should encourage our government to NORMALIZE the NIGERIAN.

Greg Ekhator Samuel Oviawe, absolutely sir, the problem is that it is the fragile ego that stops us from coming together sir!!!

Perhaps the SOLUTION is those of us who have conquered this jacobian yoke as you call it, to be shining examples the rest of us, and therefore role models of how to be free to unite in greater numbers?

Greg Ekhator This is an example of how the fragile ego, causes vehement arguments to escalate or to lower the tone of the conversation to the worthless crazy realm:

El Bandido Moreno Haha Prof @Greg you of all people should know brevity is the enemy of nuance, these things (as far as Nig Politics is concerned anyway)should never be taken personally,we will always throw banter, agree on issues and disagree on others.Sega L’éveilleuris like my brother from another mother and we do disagree on points of issue, nevertheless there are more which we agree on than disagree.
