We provide learning management systems and support to clients transitioning to online learning platforms. We have worked with various organizations all over the world including University College London, University of Nottingham and University of Kent. We are now expanding to the Nigerian market and ultimately building an all-inclusive team of ingenious individuals passionate about the growth and revolution of the #nigerian educational sector.
Identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services in order to drive sales.
· Be highly conversant and quick learner in all technical and conceptual aspects of company products
· Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
· Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
· Scheduling meetings with clients in order to understand their needs and meet them with company services.
· Managing clients to point of satisfaction with company offers.
· Calling and answering clients’ enquiries, bringing client to understanding of company offers.
· Write customer reports and proposals related to technical product solutions
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
· Strong effective and efficient communication skills.
· Good time management skills.
· A can-do and goal getter attitude.
· Possess leadership skills.
